About ThriveConnect-Memory™

Not a Program.
An Operating System.

A fully operational, seven-pillar clinical architecture that coordinates every element of a resident's care — built on the conviction that every person with dementia deserves care that responds to who they are.

Care partner and resident in a calm, purposeful interaction

What Is ThriveConnect-Memory™?

A Complete Dementia Care Operating System

ThriveConnect-Memory™ is a complete dementia care operating system — not merely an activity program or a set of scheduling tools. It is a fully operational, seven-pillar clinical architecture that coordinates every element of a resident's care.

This includes their individual identity, daily engagement, environment, dining experience, and staff accountability. It is designed to close the "universal gaps" of fragmented care and undertrained leadership by providing a closed-loop system where every decision traces back to a documented understanding of the human being.

The system operates on the core conviction that every person deserves care that responds to who they are, not just to what they have lost.

Vision, Mission & System

Vision

Thriving With Dignity

To build a world where every person with dementia thrives with dignity, purpose, and connection. We operate on the core conviction that every person deserves care that responds to who they are, not just to what they have lost.

Mission

Coherent. Accountable. Improving.

To replace the standard, fragmented approach to memory care with a coherent, accountable, and continuously improving model — providing staff with a system clear enough to execute confidently, empowering families as educated care partners, and ensuring that the resident's day follows their personal rhythm.

The System

Seven Pillars. One Loop.

Seven integrated clinical pillars — ThriveProfile™, Connect Daily™, Care Alignment™, Staff Excellence™, Family as Care Partner™, Dining With Dignity™, and Prepared Environment™ — operating as one closed-loop care architecture. Every element feeds back into the resident's documented identity.

What We Aim to Achieve

Clinical & Operational Objectives

Every target is measurable. Every metric is audited. The system is designed never to quietly degrade.

Clinical Outcomes

  • Reduce behavioral incidents by decoding expressions as communication rather than symptoms.
  • Decrease psychotropic medication use through environmental design and meaningful occupation, targeting a benchmark 66% reduction.

Individualized Engagement

  • Ensure every resident receives a minimum of 10 individualized, ability-matched engagement moments per day via the Connect Daily™ pillar.
  • Replace generic group programming with Individual Engagement Mapping drawn from the resident's ThriveProfile™.

Family Partnership

  • Transform families from passive visitors into Certified Family Executors™ who lead activities and contribute to clinical observations.
  • Maintain 100% compliance with Care Alignment Conferences™ held every 90 days.

Staff & Leadership Excellence

  • Achieve 100% Level I certification for all care staff within 60 days of hire.
  • Foster high staff retention through continuous floor-based coaching and a structured four-level Training Cascade™.

Environmental Standards

  • Maintain a "Prepared Environment" where physical spaces act as a "first caregiver," utilizing Montessori principles to promote resident independence.
  • Uphold nine non-negotiable quality metrics audited monthly to ensure the system never quietly degrades.
Naomi — Founder and CEO of ThriveConnect-Memory™

Naomi

Founder & CEO

About the Founder and CEO

Naomi is a dementia advocate, educator, and senior living professional whose life's work is devoted to improving the experience of people living with dementia and the people who care for them every day.

Her path into Dementia Care was shaped by a moment she has never forgotten. A resident, in the simplest and most human way possible, expressed her desire to make her own choices. That moment lit something in Naomi that has never gone out, and it transformed her into a fierce advocate for dignity, autonomy, and care that sees the whole person rather than just the diagnosis.

After serving for years as a Memory Care Director, Naomi came to understand the realities of this work from the inside out. She witnessed the weight carried by residents and caregivers alike, and she saw something that never stopped troubling her. Time and again, she encountered frontline staff with willing hearts, genuine compassion, and a sincere desire to help, yet many of them lacked the training, the confidence, and the practical tools needed to truly support the people in their care. The gap was never in their character. It was in the system surrounding them.

Determined to close that gap, Naomi created ThriveConnect-Memory™, a program born directly from real-world experience and a deep commitment to transforming what dementia care looks like when it is done right. The program equips caregivers, families, and senior living teams with practical strategies, meaningful education, and person-centered approaches that empower everyone involved to connect more deeply, communicate more effectively, and genuinely thrive alongside the people they serve.

Through all of it, Naomi's vision has remained the same. She continues to champion a future where every person living with dementia is seen, heard, respected, and supported in living a meaningful life on their own terms, guided by their own values and honored in their own choices.
